The force and the bible? Really?

    • Well, it was more a discussion about what the Force was not as compared to Christianity and/or an amalgamation of other world religions. Similar to what appears in the article link I posted.

The movie Signs also made it into Sunday School class at least once and also a sermon.

Almost every epic fantasy and many science fiction author creates a religion or religions in defining the culture of his or her universe.

The odd thing is when current people begin to believe that fictional religion is true. And oddest of all when the author seems to do the same. (Most of us can readily name at least one example.)
